It could be as simple as a good meal with friends or getting up to see a beautiful sunrise.

It could be the joy of being able to move your body.

Being grateful is VERY good for us

We under use it.

Yet if we are so grateful for everything we have would there be any reason to strive for anything else?

Would we just ‘zen out’ with what we have and leave a lot of our potential in the wasted column?

When you can be grateful it puts you in a calm state of mind.

When you are dissatisfied it gives you energy.

You have a motive to fuel your motivation

Yet the trap is clear if we are just dissatisfied we develop a negative low level resentful form of energy

We are always moaning about what we don’t have

When we are BLISSFULLY DISSATISFIED we embrace powerful forces

We are happy today but we have the energy to strive

We have the momentum to engage with the world and the world of possible

We set in motion the forces to get closer to our true capability
